Memon Dokra

» Dough ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ Dokra:
- 2 Cups Milie Meal
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Oil 
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Dhania
- 1/4 Teaspoon Tumeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dhana
- 1/2 Teaspoon Jeero
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Green Chillies. 
- 2 Level Teaspoons Baking Powder. 

* Mix Αℓℓ †̥Ɨƚє Above Together & Form Dough/Batter ωιтн Lukewarm Water As Needed, Roll °̩ή Ɓєtѡєєn Ýσυя Palms Into Logs & Leave Aside.

» Fish: 

- 3 τσ 4 Pieces Øf Salted Snoek Fish (Soak Snoek °̩ή Warm Water ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ 10 Mins ) 
Make Ά̲̣ Paste ωιтн †̥Ɨƚє Following: 
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana
- 1 Teaspoon Jeero
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Make †̥Ɨƚє Above Paste & Rub ση Fish. Fry °̩ή Shallow Oil Until Ðσиε & Leave Aside. 

» Veggies:

Braise 1 Large Onion °̩ή 1/4 Cup Oil. Add 3 τσ 4 Large Tomatoes Liquidized, 1 Packet Tomatoe Puree, 2 Teaspoons Fine Dhana, 2 Teaspoons Fine Jeeroo, 2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Tablespoon Water,1 Teaspoon Tumeric, 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic. Braise ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ 5 τσ 7 Mins, Then Add 1 Packet Øf Fresh Beans Cut °̩ή Halfs & 1 Packet Øf Fresh Baby Carrots Cook ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ 20 τσ 30 Mins. Then Add 10- 15 Whole Baby Potatoes,  10- 15 Whole Baby Onions, 1 Packet Fresh Peas & †̥Ɨƚє Dokra, Cook ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ 45 Mins τσ An Hour. Then Lastly Add Ýσυя Fried Fish, Mix Well & Garish ωιтн Dhania Serve Steaming Hot ωιтн Lemon Juice Perfect ƒό̲̣̣̣̥r̲̅ These Cold Days &  ‎נυѕт τόό Yummy :p..(Adjust Salt Acc τσ Taste, ɪ̇Ƒ Ɣ☺ΰ ωαит Ɣ☺ΰ can add other veggies øf ýσυя choice..Branjal etc).

Bread Rolls by Najeebah


Bread Rolls:

- 4 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Packet Yeast.....Combine With
- 1 Cup Milk & 1 Cup Water Lukwarm

Make A Dough Soft & Pliable, Knead Well Till Soft & Elastic...Wrap In Plastic Till Double In Size..Punch Down & Divide Into Equal Pieces. Form Each Piece °̩ή A Lil Bun...Place The Buns Into The Baking Tray & Allow To Rise For 15 Minutes, Now Brush With Beaten Egg Yolk Mixed With A Pinch Of Salt Sprinkle Poppyseeds Bake On Moderate Oven Till Pale Brown..(Freezer­ Suitable).

- 1 Loaf Bread
- 1 Cup Cheese, Grated
- 2 Green Chillies, Thinly Chopped
- 1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped
- Some Fresh Chopped Coriander
- Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper

Method:

°̩ή Ά̲̣ Bowl Mix The Cheese, Chillies, Onion, Coriander, Salt & Pepper Together.
Take Ά̲̣ Slice Øf Bread & Spread Ά̲̣ Little Øf The Cheese Mixture. Bake °̩ή Ά̲̣ Pre Heated Oven Αт 175 C Till Cheese Îs Melted & The Bread Îs Toasted (Approx 5-6 Mins).

* U Can Use Gouda, Mozzarella σя Chedder Cheese

Mahieras milktart cuppies

‎​⌣̊┈̥-̶̯͡»̶̥·̵̭̌✽̤̥̈̊ ♏ɑ̣̣̇̇ђïerɑ̣̣̇̇ ✽̤̥̈̊·̵̭̌»̶̥-̶̯͡┈̥: Milktart Cuppies.                                            
3 eggs.                                                           
1 cup castor sugar.                                      
Beat well til lite n fluffy.                                 

1 full cup flour.                                                
2 n half tsp baking powder.                                                 
Sift n add to above.                                                              

1 tsp vanilla essence.                                      
1\4 cup oil.                                                  
1\4 cup boilin water.                                       
Mix tog n add to above mix lightly.   Put in cupcake cases.  Bake@180 for 10 -15min. Topping: Place 2 cups milk wit 1 tsp vanilla essence in a pot. In a bowl beat 1 egg,1/2 cup sugar,2 heaped tblspns maziena. Add egg mix 2 milk and heat on low mixing continuously 2 avoid lumps. Boil till it thickens. If any lumps when cold beat with hand beater.    Sprinkle with cinnamon powder
