Prawn Sherwani - Recipe Corner 4


Najeebah Prawn Sherwani :p.

* Marinade 12 Prawns With shell °̩ή The Following & Fry:                               
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt.                                                 
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic.                                              
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder.                                   

Once Fried Leave Aside.
* Chop 1 Big Onion, Fry In Ghee/ Oil.                                             
- Add 3 Liquidised Tomatoes.                            
- 1 Teaspoon Salt.                                                      
- 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi. (turmeric powder)                                               
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder.                                        
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Chillies.                                    
- 1 Teaspoon Red Ginger Garlic.                                   
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper.                             
- 1/4 Teaspoon Gharam Masala.                     
- 2 Teaspoons Dhania powder.                                            
- 1 Teaspoon Jeera (cumin) powder.                                             
- 2 Tablespoons Shan Karahi Spice.                               
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice.                                                  
- Chopped Curry Leaves.                                 
- 1 Fresh Red Chilli.                                           
- Chopped Dhania (coriander).                                          

* Cook Chutney On Low Till Done. Then Add Prawns, Garnish With Spring Onoins. Enjoy !
